• A third person or extra person will supplement charge at Bt. 1,500 per night beyond the standard occupancy.
• Halal breakfast is available on advanced request.
• All guestrooms at this property are non-smoking. Smoking in the room will incur a charge of THB 2,000.
• The credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in.
• A cash security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. In case using a credit card deposit, the refund process could take about 2 weeks.

To enhance our property and services, we would like to inform you that we’ll continue with our property renovation works as follows:
● Guest rooms will be renovated floor by floor, 2 floors at a time, starting from 1st May 2025 until August 2026.
● Elevators will be replaced and upgraded, one at a time, from 1st May until the end of 2025.
● Guitar monument maintenance by the pool area from 15th July – 13th September 2025.
There will be construction noise daily, 10am to 5pm. Apart from these areas, other hotel services will remain operational as normal.
